-
Jurisdiction & Restricted Territories
-
As at the time of writing, You are forbidden to register on the Website and / or use our services if You are a resident of any of the following territories:
Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bonaire, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Netherlands, North Korea, Saba, Slovakia, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, U.S.A or the U.S.A dependencies (“Restricted Territories”).
- In addition to the Restricted Territories, we reserve the right to refuse customers from any other country.
First, about myself, I am a high roller with experience with lots of casinos. I have been playing with Duel, Roobet,
, Rainbet and others. I am from a country that is "restricted" under all of these platforms so that I use a VPN to still fullfill my gambling addiction, as (unfortunately) many other fellow gamblers do, even though I am perfectly aware that it is against the terms and conditions of these platforms.
To be honest I have never even tried to hide it, I use a very well known VPN provider, and I frequently change the location, so that I have no doubt every platform is fully aware I am using a VPN while playing. I always was confident because I have never had any problem with any of these casinos about it and it seemed to me nobody really cared. My take is that it is so easy to detect, that if they really wanted to ban and prevent me to play, they could have done it easily as soon even as soon as I created the account and they just let us play because in the end they benefit from players playing from our countries.
I have started playing Rollbit from approx 26th of may until to 18th june. I am playing almost exclusively blackjackx electronic tables at pragmatic game. During this period playing at Rollbit, I wagered each day approx 2 millions dollars, to the point that for most of these day (I think 16 times ?) I ended at 1st place in their daily leaderboard. I don't have the exact stat but I am pretty sure I was the higher roller of their whole plateform during this period as I wagered almost 50 million dollars.
You can see below the full history of P&L coming from pragmatic play interface and as you can see I have experienced several bad days including a 76k loss on June 1st and a 66k loss on June 7th. Also experienced some pretty hard rough bad luck streak, including a loss of more than 200k between May 28th and June 1st.
During all of this period I was using a VPN and did not have any issue or any question asked from Rollbit. Rollbit also did not ask about KYC even though they were perfectly aware i was using VPN. They did not seem to care even though one day I was playing from Norway and the other one I was playing from Iceland.
As you can see until june 14th, luck was pretty though, and I have lost quite a large amount of money. Then between June 15th and June 18th, luck for once start to turn the other way around and I get some of my money back, and manage to gather a balance of 200k approx, for which you can add almost 50k of "pending rewards" with their incredibly annoying system where you have to wait weeks before "claiming" the rewards.
I am not going to lie, always good to have a little bit of luck, especially after the horrendous loss of 200k in 4 days end of may. I try to withdraw some of the money and then I see withdrawal are blocked and I get the all too familiar screen "withdrawal blocked / please perform KYC". As any fellow high roller, this is not the first time I have experienced that, and this is expected when you try to withdraw enormous amout and I have already experienced that with several other casinos (
duel and Roobet). I am of course a little bit worried, but with the other casino after a little bit of stress and frustration I always ended up getting paid in full so I believed it will be the same this time. I did the KYC and after some time waiting, I see my account is completely blocked, and when asking the support why they sent me the reason.
They knew form day 1 I was playing with VPN, they knew from day 1 I was from a restricted country, they let me play for almost 30 days, let me lose hundreds of thousands of money, let me deposit again and again without any issue and the day I have one good streak with a large balance they just straight out use that "joker card" reason to ban me and steal all my funds ?
Even by the low standards of crypto casino this is the lowest of the low I have seen, it's like they kept this "card" against me the whole time, waiting to use it if necessary at the best moment, let me play as much as possible while they estimated I was worth more money "alive than dead" and then when I have some luck they just decide to steal the whole balance ?
I have tried to discuss with their legal / compliance team, and their answer is basically "get fucked and if your not happy you can still sue us under curucao" while they perfectly know there is absolutely 0 chance of getting anything done considering their license.
At this point I do not have any hope left to get my money back, it is gone, I am over it to be honest. It is sad for me but it is a lesson that I should not have thrusted this scam casino. What I want to do now is to raise awareness about this casino.
If you are playing Rollbit and EVEN ONE TIME you have connected with a VPN, they potentially already have tagged you under "VPN / country restriction". When you have this tag, if they believe they can get more value out of you by letting you play and lose than by seizing your balance, they will let you play and withdraw. But, at any time you hit a huge win and have a huge ingame balance, if they believe it is better for their money to just cash out the money on you, they will use the "country abuse / VPN" to just straight out ban out and steal all your funds. If you are in this situation, I really STRONGLY recommand you to just withdraw all your funds while you still can, and play on another casino (or even better just do not gamble, gambling is cancer).
I have to say, this is, even by crypto casino standards which are incredibly low, the lowest of the low I have seen from any casino, this is just theft pure and simple.
Be carefull guys, I really hope this post will raise awareness among the community, let's make everything we can so that this does not happen to anybody else, take care and be safe with your money.
