reçu ce message de :

j’ai un compte joueur depuis presque 1 ans chez instant casino. J’ai plusieurs dépôts et retraits tout bien passer et d’un coup j’avais un retrait de 948€ ils m’ont enlever les gains et laisser uniquement l’argent que j’ai déposé 69€. Ils me disent que c’est par rapport à que je réside en France mais jusqu’à là ils ont toujours accepter mes dépôt et retrait

Malheureusement, si c'est spécifié dans leur règlement, il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire... même si auparavant le casino a déjà traité des dépôts ainsi que des retraits.
C'est le risque pour les joueurs, lorsque cette clause géographique est mentionnée dans les conditions de jeu : le service financier peut, quand il le souhaite (donc à sa guise), utiliser cette règle pour ne pas payer.

Comme je le dis toujours, qui ne tente rien n'a rien.
Mais ce casino n'étant pas très réputé, j'ai un sérieux doute quand même sur l'issue de cette affaire...

Etonnant selon leur mention légales, la France ne fait pas partie des restrictions ….
